Text File Splitter

Text File Splitter lets you split a single large log file, delimited records, JSONL exports, and other text files into multiple smaller files. Supported options include preserving the header row, choosing how many records go in each file, and picking the line terminator. It is a practical way to turn one oversized imports and exports into several more manageable files that are easier to open, share, or load elsewhere. Multiple options let you customize the output for your specific needs: • Lines per file: set the maximum number of body lines in each output (the last part can be shorter). • Header and footer: optionally repeat the first and/or last line of the source on every part so delimited data keeps a header on each chunk. • Line endings: write output as LF (Unix), CRLF (Windows), or CR (classic Mac). • Replace or keep: if matching part files already exist, you choose whether to overwrite them. Have sensitive data? No problem. All processing is local. Your files stay on your Mac and are processed locally.
